Our Process
1. Initial Consultation
- Discuss and determine the repairability of your vehicle.
- Decide if you should file a claim with an Insurance company or pay for repairs yourself.
- If using insurance, we will review how your responsible Insurance company typically handles claims and what the next step are in getting you taken care of.
- Schedule a date and time for drop off and, if necessary, arrange for transportation or rental vehicle.
2. Vehicle Drop Off
- Vehicle check in and customer documentation.
- Review damages to be repaired and any unrelated damages with Repair Specialist.
- Pre-Repair digital photographs.
- Pick up rental car, if needed.
Blueprint
- Perform pre-repair diagnostic scan and document results.
- Perform a thorough disassembly to identify and qualify all related damages.
- Post disassembly digital photographs.
- Print and review Manufacturer Repair Procedures, Processes, and Policies.
- Repair plan written and communicated/shared with vehicle owner and paying party.
- Confirm payment authorization with paying party.
- Order parts.
- Quality control inspection approval prior to progressing to next process.
- Update vehicle owner.
4. Vehicle Repair
- Frame/Structural repairs completed first for correct body and frame accuracy.
- Body repairs.
- Mechanical and/or suspension repairs.
- Quality control inspection approval prior to progressing to next process.
- Update vehicle owner.
5. Vehicle Refinish
- Primer, block sanding, and fine sanding.
- Prepping and masking.
- Computerized paint color matching.
- Applying base color coat (mid color coat if applicable) and clear coat.
- Final sanding, buffing, and polishing.
- Quality control inspection approval prior to progressing to next process.
- Update vehicle owner.
6. Reassembly
- Reassemble parts removed and/or replaced.
- Install lamps, moldings, grills, and trim pieces, etc.
- Quality control inspection approval prior to progressing to next process.
- Update vehicle owner.
7. Mechanical, Diagnostics and Calibrations
- Perform Mechanical inspections and complete any final requirements.
- If required, Alignment.
- Complete all associated Calibrations.
- Perform post-repair diagnostic scan and document results.
- Road test drive (Static and dynamic).
- Quality control inspection approval prior to progressing to next process
- Update vehicle owner.
8. Prep for delivery
- Hand wash exterior, windows, and wheels.
- Vacuum and clean interior surfaces and windows.
- Hand glaze all painted parts.
Quality Assurance
- Repair Specialist performs final quality inspection and compares repair to repair-order to ensure a complete and accurate repair.
10. On-Time Delivery
- Update vehicle owner.
- Arrange a time for delivery.
- At time of pick up, Repair Specialist will explain completed repairs and discuss vehicle care instructions, review the Lifetime Warranty.
- Answer all questions vehicle owner may have.
