As with any industry, Knowledge is King! Our team continuously seeks training, information, new procedures, better time-management, and ways to improve efficiency. Simply reading the manufacturers repair procedures is an exercise in new experiences as they can change from one repair to the next. Every team member is also required to maintain personal certifications. This is a rigorous process in which we study in classes, online, hands-on, and in-person for both our Certifications for Manufacturer and through the industry’s leaders in Training & Education, I-Car and ASE.
